Cars Dunois are very attached to their employees... they know they are valuable but unfortunately not numerous enough. We have developed their employer brand to enable them to recruit, retain and train more effectively.
Nobody likes to be called to order. But incidents and accidents are a fact of life, which means that Les Cars Dunois has to remind people of the rules of good driving. A good dose of humour goes a long way!
Our in-house illustrations are based on the prevention theme, using the slogan we've devised to imagine, draw and colour a completely zany situation. The humour magnifies the line, but it's still the main thing. The message gets across because "of course, mate, I'd never fall asleep at the wheel! The unique style of the drawing and the work on the colours enabled us to create a collection effect with a strong and spontaneous association with the brand.
Words can be just as seductive as images. At Thinkad, we like to combine these 2 talents to create recruitment campaigns that are recognisable, punchy, aesthetically pleasing and in line with the brand's values.
Communication is more authentic if it is based on images of the company. Les Cars Dunois didn't hesitate for a second to invest in a photo report produced by Fabrice Dunou, a professional photographer from Orléans with whom we work whenever we can!
Paying attention to the well-being of your employees means giving them a warm welcome. The welcome booklet is a valuable asset for successfully integrating new employees. Spacious, illustrated and detailed, it will help them get to grips with their new job.
Raising awareness, training, preventing risks
In high-risk activities, the safety booklet is a must-have. As important as (or even more important than) the welcome booklet, it follows the same layout codes, to create a pair of brochures that go hand in hand. A number of infographics punctuate this educational and preventive document.
