Renewing your sensory analysis platform dedicated to testers is the ideal opportunity to review everything and ask yourself the right questions.
Redesigning a website, yes, but redesigning it well
Galys laboratories, specialists in sensory analysis, offer consumer tests in their laboratories and collect opinions on taste, texture, impressions, packaging, etc. Thanks to these panels, their customers can adjust their products to better suit the market. Galys decided to challenge its online platform and entrusted us with the audit and then the new specifications.
Dedicated to the judges (the testers), it facilitates their adhesion, profiles their consumption habits and distributes the schedule of testing sessions.
Identify and eliminate friction in the existing user journey
The previous recruitment site was lost in the middle of a B2B site. Even though the page was well promoted and easy to find, it was difficult for individuals to understand and therefore engage with it. We recommended a specific dedicated domain, associated with a new B2C brand, which was much easier to understand and more likely to generate trust. While we did not intervene in the branding, we imagined all the functionalities and seductive assets to ensure a good synergy between the business needs and the customer experience.
1 Identify possible automations to reduce the workload for everyone and improve responsiveness.
2 Working with personas, projecting expectations
3 Create a more complex system that processes data on the fly to create the shortest route
4 Create the zonings that correspond to the persona's itinerary and expectations, model them and then develop them.
5 Drawing up a detailed functional specification to work with the project team
To extend the user experience beyond the platform, emails take over.
Newsletters keep you in touch while stimulating you on current topics; direct marketing allows greater personalisation and gives the message greater impact; and transactional emails extend the user experience created on the site right through to the email inbox.
