When Gautier decided to embark on an adventure and leave his job to set up his own business, he looked for a name for his company, turned it over in his mind, and then one day, he said to himself that it was a job... ours.
The brand
We brainstormed, came up with lots of ideas, threw a lot of them in the bin, and came up with this name that just clicked.
Sol&Aire stands for land development, but also embodies the radiant personality of its creator. We also added a 3rd interpretation to the name, which Gautier has chosen to use in its brand storytelling:
« The soleus is a muscle located at the back of the leg, extensor of the foot, which allows walking and jumping. Like this muscle, whose name we have deliberately borrowed, Sol&aire "sets in motion" its customers' property projects. »
After creating the name comes the logotype.
The ampersand in the logo plays an essential role, separating and bringing together the words and playing with their meanings. The colour pair chosen represents the 2 elements, earth and sun, with orange also symbolising change, which resonates strongly with Gautier. Two flat areas underline the name, their shape reminiscent of plots of land in perspective. A signature completes the brand block and invites a lasting relationship.
The media
Sol&Aire entrusts us with writing its raison d'être and showcasing the talents of its team... in a wide range of communication media.
The graphic charter is based on a duo of colours treated in large solids, the ampersand taken from the logotype, and wire drawings that tell the story of the local real estate environment. Will you be able to find in our friezes all the remarkable identities of our conurbation!
Gautier knows that in his profession, you need to know what you're doing, but you also need to make it known.
He develops sponsorship deals and the right media plans, so that his brand becomes firmly rooted in the area and helps it to open the right doors. And we create the visuals and slogans.
Sol&Aire chooses to post news on its website to develop its professional community. It publishes its offers, shares the best moments in the life of the company, and attracts those with interests in common with its own. The graphic charter comes in a format that our customer can personalise himself, and even share on social networks if necessary, the format also being designed and adapted for these media.
A well-executed site, developed using a Wordpress template, to present the company's range of services in a streamlined and effective way. Easy to manage, the site is enriched by new content directly integrated by our employees (news, new programmes, etc.) and is regularly upgraded by us to keep pace with the company's dynamic development.
Soléaire is growing fast... we meet each employee as he or she joins. We tell their story on the website, photograph them and draw their avatar!

After brand communication, it's time for product communication.
We have created a graphic concept to highlight each development programme, with its plans for the layout of the development, its location, access, etc. and the assets specific to the site. The icing on the cake is that each development will have its own little logo. All in the highly recognisable Sol&aire style.
